Here are a couple of my ‘time-saving tips’ that work great if you have a crazy schedule with college, work or kids.

Tip 1: Prepare two or three days worth of meals in advance (batching)
Tip 2: Make extra dinner every night and use it for lunch the following day
Tip 3: Try using these foods when you have no time and you’re ‘on to go’
