2. Glute Pop Ups
Your glutes are such key muscle for any athlete; they help you sprint faster, take off quicker and jump higher (amongst other benefits). This bodyweight movement is focusing on engaging your glute muscles. Make sure to squeeze your glutes together at the top of each rep and bring your feet wide at the top portion of the exercise.
Try adding three sets of 10 reps with a 60 second rest to your workouts.
